If you’re not on page one
you’re practically invisible

Search Engine Optimisation is hard

Getting your business onto the first page of search results on Google, Yahoo and Bing can make a dramatic difference to the traffic your website receives. Research shows that 75% of internet users never scroll past the first page of search results.* And 70-80% of users ignore the paid ads or “sponsored links”. They would rather trust the organic search results.**

The trouble is a lot of your competitors are just as eager to get onto page 1, so the job can be a lot easier said than done.

The problem with SEO promises

Most small businesses have been approached by local and overseas SEO “experts” – sometime on a weekly basis – who promise to work wonders to get them onto the first page of Google. Dig a little deeper and you’ll learn you have to commit to monthly payments – usually for a minimum of six months – before you can expect to see results. While it’s true that good SEO takes time to achieve results, the problem is you won’t usually know if you’ve been ripped off until after you’ve parted with thousands.

A classic trick of this nefarious trade is to target less competitive keywords that are seldom used by searchers.

SEO expertise you can trust

Because search results make such a big difference to our clients’ marketing efforts and because there are so many shonks out there making wild claims, we’ve been focusing on this area of our business for quite a long time and have become quite knowledgeable around the whole vexed topic of SEO. We’ve also developed some great strategies which have delivered startling results for many of our clients.

We think we’re being wise in not building our business around the shifting sands of SEO, so we’re rather selective about the clients we take on. But if we’re confident we can produce great results for your particular needs we’ll be very transparent about what we’ll do for you, how we’ll do it and the results you can expect to achieve.
